Binisaya is an independent film exhibition at the Cinematheque, Palma Gil Street, Davao City last September 8, 2012, 1:30pm to 7:30pm.
They were aiming to:
"ensure that independent film making will continue to move an audience that demands films that will speak for and in behalf of their experience"

Films featured tackled on contemporary issues of this country such as poverty, rape, love, prostitution and many others.
